Frequently Asked Questions

How much is shipping, and where do you ship?

Shipping charges are figured on the total amount of the sale as follows:

  0    -   16.99 =   $7.00

17.00 - 33.99 =   $8.00

34.00 - 50.99 =   $9.00

51.00 - 84.99 =  $11.00

85.00 and up      $14.00

We ship via Priority Mail to the contiguous 48 states at that cost. If overseas, Alaska, Hawaii or Air Service needed, you must contact us by e-mail before ordering, so we can give you a price on shipping, and you must be able to pay that via PayPal.

Can I return my purchases?

Yes, but DO NOT return them to us. You must have an authorization number first, and then return them to the manufacturer direct, at your expense. If this is for exchange, we MAY cover some or all of the cost of shipping the new merchandise to you, depending on the circumstances.

Can I get our church name on a quantity of shirts?

Yes you can! We need 4 weeks lead time. Contact us with style, size and quantity information for pricing.

Is it safe to order on line?

Yes it is! We use PayPal as our vendor for our shopping cart and credit card services. They are the #1 name in online shopping, and no one is more secure. You can pay by major credit card or PayPal.

Can I order by mail or phone?

We can take your order by mail. Just simply go through the process like you were going to buy on line. When  you get to the "View Cart", just print the screen, or "cut and paste" the order information into a word document, and send it with a check. Once your check clears we will process the order. Make sure to include your shipping address and phone number.
